H-1B1 vs L-1

The H-1B1 rests on a US employer's offer and on Chilean or Singaporean citizenship; the L-1 rests on your history with a company that operates in both countries. If you already have at least a year there, the L-1 lets your spouse work and allows dual intent. If not, the H-1B1 is usually the more direct route for a Chilean.
